Teen Leadership Academy The Teen Leadership Academy will give our youth the next step in our giving them a hope and a future by exposing them to workshops, training, education, and mentoring that will help them on the path of being successful personally and be a positive contributor to our community.
With a focus on teaching basketball skills, teens will learn life lessons, teamwork, cooperation, and overall leadership development for low to moderate income youth in Worcester, Massachusetts.
Leaders in Committed Action (LICA)
This is a personal development and leadership cohort for youth and young adults, aged 13-19. The program is designed for individuals who believe they can have a positive impact on the world around them and are ready to acquire and apply the tools of leadership, personal development and goal setting in their lives. At the end of the program, the youth select a community project or choose to assist a community agency to give back and contribute to their community.
